This is basically just a QOL contract update.

What's new:

• Contracts;
  • A few more locations for contracts to give
  • Refresh button to regenerate contracts
  • Claiming contract rewards has a sound effect

What's changed:

• Contracts;
  • Interstellar contracts will not show until "Interstellar Tech" is unlocked
  • Some contract rewards have gone up in value.
• Astronaut in the Ocean achievement condition is different, and fits its name better.
