Pretty small update:

• New engine: "JAR 14". Methane based, and decently efficient. More powerful than the Gen 2 (thrust output 0.3).
• The Gen 2 has been slightly nerfed: thrust output 0.25 --> 0.2.
• Moved the Gen 2 to the first node of Career Mode. The JAR 14 takes its place on "Staging".
