Bug fixes:

• Bursting Laser perk no longer cheeses the Railroad level.
• Iotalaser perk won't become a beam of death on the Railroad.
• Power systems are functional again.
• Levels won't reward you for beating them again.
• Path from the final desert level to the Railroad won't incorrectly display.

General changes:

• Intro music correctly syncs up to the visuals.
• More expensive perma-upgrades (e.g. Air Drag, Balloon Health) now give you more for their price.
• The tutorial pop-up for the Map will make generator and power systems incredibly obvious.
• The Exit button won't appear on the Map until the tutorial pop-up is done.
